Why Corporate Event Planners Choose Me
Most event planners learn the hard way: hiring entertainment for corporate events is high-risk. A bad musician makes you look bad. A great one makes you look brilliant.
Here's what I bring to every corporate booking:
- Self-contained PA system — no need to coordinate with venue A/V
- On-time arrival, professional attire matched to your dress code
- Versatile setlist across pop, country, R&B, soul, and classic rock — adjusted in real time to your crowd
- Loopstation technology builds full-band arrangements live from one performer (lower cost than a band, bigger sound than a solo act)
- Scalable to a 2-4 piece backing band for larger events
- Clear communication, contracts, and predictable pricing

Corporate Events I Specialize In
Corporate Holiday Parties
Company holiday parties are the highest-stakes entertainment booking of the year. Employees expect it to be good. Leadership expects it to look polished. The wrong vendor wastes the entire budget; the right one becomes the story everyone tells at the next company meeting.
I bring a versatile setlist that crosses generations — classic rock for the senior team, current pop and country for younger employees, and the holiday classics layered in where they fit. Live arrangements via Loopstation deliver the full-band feel without the band budget.
Books up fast for November and December. If you're planning a corporate holiday party, reach out by September or October.
Conferences & Trade Shows
Conference networking hours, opening receptions, exhibitor mixers, and closing celebrations all benefit from live music that creates atmosphere without dominating conversation. I read the room and adjust — quieter and ambient when attendees are networking, energy ramped up when the floor opens for drinks.
Comfortable working alongside conference A/V teams, hitting cue times, and coordinating with stage managers. I've performed at NCAA events and large-scale brand conferences — I know how a corporate run-of-show works.
Brand Activations & Product Launches
Activations live or die on atmosphere. Live music is one of the most underused tools for making a brand experience feel premium and memorable rather than transactional. Past brand activation clients include Crown Royal, Tecovas, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
I work with marketing teams, agencies, and event production companies to deliver music that aligns with brand tone — Western and country for outdoor/Texan brands, R&B and soul for premium consumer brands, pop and high-energy for younger demographics. The setlist becomes part of the brand experience, not background to it.
Networking Events & Mixers
Networking events are the trickiest entertainment booking — too loud and conversation dies, too quiet and the room feels flat. The Loopstation lets me deliver full-band sound at conversation-friendly volume, holding the room's energy without competing with the actual networking happening at it.
Ideal for: business association mixers, member appreciation events, after-work networking hours, executive board gatherings, and any event where the goal is people connecting with each other while music creates the ambient backbone.
Grand Openings & Ribbon Cuttings
Grand openings need atmosphere from the moment doors open. Live music does the heavy lifting — pulling foot traffic, creating energy for press photos, and giving early arrivals something to engage with while the room fills. Self-contained setup means I can perform indoors, outdoors, or in transitional spaces (sidewalks, courtyards, parking lot stages) without venue A/V dependencies.
Office Happy Hours & Team Events
Quarterly happy hours, team-building events, employee appreciation days, and casual office gatherings all benefit from live music — and at a much lower cost than people assume. The 2-hour solo package starts at $1,000 and includes everything (PA, setup, custom song requests). Perfect for in-office Fridays, rooftop happy hours, and casual team gatherings.
Pricing
Solo musician with Loopstation (full-band sound): $500/hr
